Common Issues

My coin balance disappeared

Adventure Coins are stored in your browser's localStorage. If you cleared your browser data, used a private/incognito window, or switched to a different browser or device, your balance will reset to 5,000 coins. This is expected behavior — your coins are not stored on our servers.

The game won't load

Try the following steps: refresh the page, clear your browser cache, ensure JavaScript is enabled, and try a different browser. All games require JavaScript and are tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

The spin / deal button is greyed out

This happens when a previous game round is still processing, or when your coin balance is below the minimum bet. Wait a moment for the current round to complete, or reduce your bet size if your balance is low.

How do I reset my coins to 5,000?

Each game has a "Reset Coins" button in the game interface. You can use this at any time to restore your balance to 5,000 Adventure Coins. This is available to all players and has no restrictions.

The site asks me for my age every time

Age verification uses localStorage to remember your confirmation. If you're seeing it repeatedly, your browser may be blocking localStorage or you may be using a private/incognito window. Switch to a regular browsing session to persist the confirmation.
